Structured psychological assessments are conducted using the standardised psychometric instrument NEO-PI-R, alongside additional methods for assessing emotional competencies. Our longstanding work with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients has contributed to the development of further individually tailored psychological assessment procedures and specialist protocols, including enhanced security screening, laboratory blood tests and polygraph examinations.
